Your skin is your largest organ so whatever you put on the skin it goes straight to the blood stream. We eat and breath thorough our skin. This is very important because depending on what you put on the skin you could be helping or hurting your body in a major way. You can also be lowering or raising your frequency. The spiritual aspect of Foot baths is our connection to the earth. We are electromagnetic. When we take care and protect our feet the path of that connection is clear and we can receive what we need to receive from earth. We also connect with our ancestors through the earth from your feet. The Earth remembers and stores their energy so when plant our feet in the ground we are also connecting with our Ancestors.
