Fascia is a type of connective tissue that forms as a continuous body-wide web inside of us , surrounding and interpenetrating all of our muscles, bones, organs, nerves, blood, and lymph vessels. Everything that we experience mental, emotional , spiritual, and physical is stored in every part of the body including trauma. Fascia release is life changing! Each ache and pain that is stored in our body is connected to an emotional baggage and trauma.
