Womb healing Workshop

The womb, which is the Sacral Chakra is such a powerful energy centre. It is home to our creativity, creation, pleasure and our self worth. We tend to disconnect with this energy centre due to society making it taboo. When reconnecting lots of healing occurs. Its also where we hold trauma if you have experienced abuse which needs to be cleared. Be gentle and loving with yourself.
