Thank you for interest in our Self love Day Retreat!! It brings us joy to provide space for those of you who are seeking to dive into deep self love and empowerment.

We will indulge in different self love activities and will provide different tools that you can use and take away with you so that you can continue to apply what you’ve learned.

We will provide a light breakfast and brunch! We ask that you dress comfortable , warm, and cozy!

Please bring your yoga mat , blanket , pillow, journals whatever magical tools( crystals, sage, etc.)that you may like to help enhance your experience .
